Get Started with Digital Ready

To access our free small business resources, including courses, virtual and in-person events, and small business incentives, create a free account. You don’t have to be a Verizon customer, and setting up your account is simple. Visit our registration page to get started. If you’re having trouble creating your account, please contact us using this form or via phone at 855-890-0013.

Once registered, you will have the opportunity to configure your profile and customize your learning plan. Visit your profile page to complete your business profile and improve your recommendations.

You can browse by topic to see the courses and events offered in areas of interest to you, choose Learning Paths to find a series of recommended courses and events to help you achieve your goals, or reach out to a Digital Ready advisor who can walk you through all the program has to offer and make suggestions based on your needs and interests.

What resources are offered on Digital Ready

Verizon Small Business Digital Ready offers business owners a wide variety of tools to help start and grow their small business.

Courses

Short, actionable and available on demand, courses cover a wide variety of topics that include branding, managing money, AI solutions, and more. Our courses are led by successful small business owners who are leading experts in their industries. Designed for the busy entrepreneur, courses take only 10 to 30 minutes to complete and are self-paced, so you can access and complete them on your own time. They contain videos that include core information, knowledge checks to help you retain concepts, as well as downloadable worksheets to help you apply new insights to your own business strategy.

Virtual events

Live virtual events provide interactive experiences and expert-level knowledge, as well as opportunities to network with other small business owners.

Grants

In addition to providing free learning and networking resources to help start and grow your small business, we’ve partnered with LISC to provide a select number of small businesses with grants to help take their business to the next level. Check out our grants page for more information.

Small Business Funding Marketplace

The Funding Marketplace is available for all Digital Ready users via our partner, Next Street. Users can access curated listings of capital options that may be a good fit for their business, including responsible loan offerings and additional small business grant opportunities. Product Offers

Verizon Business offers many products and services that support small businesses in their daily operations, and Digital Ready aims to make these offers available to our members. We also collaborate with other companies to provide products and services that may help small businesses succeed. These offers change throughout the year. Need language support?

Users have the option to change the platform language to Spanish by clicking the “Español” button in the top right corner of the site, and we have many Digital Ready resources available in Spanish. Almost half of Digital Ready’s courses and some Digital Ready events are available fully in Spanish. To view courses available in Spanish, use the Language filter on the left side of the page in the Courses catalogue. Similarly, you can view Spanish-language events by using the Language filter on the left side of the Events catalogue. If you need further support, our team of Digital Ready advisors are able to assist in Spanish.

We also offer a growing catalog of courses with Chinese subtitles and worksheets that are translated into Chinese. To find these courses, search in the Courses catalogue, using the Language filter on the left side of the page.
