What does the button “Are you a Verizon Business customer” on the registration page mean?
Verizon Business customers who are new to Digital Ready can register using their existing Verizon Business credentials without creating a separate account. By clicking this button, customers will be prompted to enter their existing log-in information and be auto-enrolled to Digital Ready. This only applies to customers who have services through Verizon business, not those who use Verizon for their personal devices.
I am a Verizon Business customer and I already have a Digital Ready account, do I need to do anything differently?
No. If you previously created a Digital Ready account, please continue to sign-in as you have been.
I joined Digital Ready through my Verizon Business credentials. How do I get back into the site?
Go to the "Sign-In" page and click the button in the beige box under “Are you a Verizon Business customer?” You will be directed to enter your Verizon Business credentials and then taken into Digital Ready.
Do I need to be a Verizon Business customer to access Digital Ready?
No, Digital Ready is free and available to all small business owners. This process allows Verizon Business customers to access Digital Ready with existing log-in information. If you are not a Verizon Business customer, you will simply need to create a free account at our Registration page.
